Service Description
60-90 minute appointment in Leo's home where I'll meet your dog, they'll explore my space, we'll discuss their needs, and together determine if VIP Boarding is a good fit for them.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: You may reschedule an Intake Assessment by notifying Prickly Pear AT LEAST 7 DAYS before the date and time of the appointment. If you notify Prickly Pear with less than 7 days advance notice or are not present at the scheduled time, the appointment is deemed to be forfeited and is not refundable. You understand and acknowledge that, due to the nature of Prickly Pear's boarding services and limited availability for Intake Assessments, a new appointment may not be available for several weeks, as determined by Prickly Pear in its sole discretion. If you do not accept the reschedule availability offered by Prickly Pear, the appointment is deemed to be forfeited and is not refundable.
